No, these have never been used. The mp3's need the SD cards that are included.

those mp3 players dont use sd cards we have 5 of them right now all you have to do is put the usb cable into the computer and they start to charge them right away

You guys are ridiculous. -__- Yes it does need Micro SD cards because the mp3 player doesn't hold memory itself. I have one of my own, so don't comment mindlessly.
