The coin is a "FIRST STRIKE" Coin and MS69 Grade may not be a "PERFECT COIN" but it is as close as you can get to it.
The first picture is a bit fuzzy and it is hard to see the registation number so that you can verify the coin on the PCGS website. SO...
The registration number is: 535697.69/31766296 or if you actually need to see it, I will add another pick for you that shows the number. PCGS adds their registration numbers on a slab in a small corner and it is already hard to see.
