These are hardy elephant garlic bulbetts from my garden. Biennial plant, 1st year they produce 2-6 bulbetts each plant for new planting! Harvest 1st year like garlic, then replant in fall. Yum!

do you grow them organically?

Yes my garden is all organic. I use well composted llama manure as well as household scraps and discarded hay to fertilize my plants. I use a homemade seaweed spray for plants who's foliage needs protection but the elephant garlic is pretty hardy and nothing really picks at it.
