Is this a vigorous workout? Or doable for beginners? And it's not about stripping is it? lol

I actually have not done the workout so it is difficult for me to comment but it seems that a beginner can do it. There are about 12 different workouts to choose from so you should be able to find stuff to start out with. It is not about stripping and nor is there any nudity on the disc. It is suppose to help you get comfortable with your body by getting in shape. Thanks.
