This is a heat / ice bag. you can pop it in the microwave for heat for muscles-worked too hard today and aching muscles need some relief. put it in the freezer. for a headache or bumps and bruising. this is a really great bag. i think its better than the gel, you don't have to worry about it breaking open and little ones putting it their mouth. try it you'll like it!

thank you, these are the best "ice" "heat" packs you can get, they are all natural, no worrying about breaking and the liquid leaking out. I think that these are better because they last longer. How do you clean them? Washing Machine? Also can you use it for heat today and cold tomorrow or must is be kept for the same purpose all the time once you use it?

you can hand wash them or machine wash on delicate and low heat dry or air dry. you can use it cold then hot as often as you need to.

this one has approx 1 pound of corn kernels in it and weighs about a pound.it is about 12 in long and 4 in tall, they are light and easy to use.
