The owners (a married couple) have been designing the Nanchen model since 1983.their workshop is in Schauenburg, Germany- all dolls are made by hand - one by one.
The delicate outfit and all faces painted by hand by the wife, Nana Sendke help to make Nanchen dolls unique and the favorite playmates of all children. They use cotton velvet, mohair, wool and cotton. Stuffing consists at 100 % of pure new wool.
