i will completely reset it before sending... so there will be passwords , no software installed, no data used, and as for regerstation , idk, i bout this computer from a pon shop and did not aquire that info

From the looks of it, it appears to be in the same class as a ZD7020us model. Should have a P4 CPU (2.8Ghz), up to 2Gig Ram, HDD 40-100 GB. 15-17" LCD. I'm going by my PC and nearly 15 years servicing HP/Compaq systems. A model number would be great there new user.

I believe its the hp Pavillion ZD6000, I have the identical model.
Mine is very heavy laptop, screen 15.4, runs window xp.
My backspace key also got lost.
