As low as you could make it lol. I have a cell phone that I can not charge the battery in the phone and I am trying to find something that will charge just the battery. lol. No idea if this will work for it but hey never hurts to give it a try. I just need to get this cell phone working all my pictures are on it. lol. Thanks hun.
