Description

The listing, Red & White Petunia Seeds - Min. of 20 has ended.

Hi and Welcome to my Listia place.

Ships FREE in U.S.A.

This is for at least (typically more) 20 seeds of my Red and White Striped Petunia's from one of my gardens.

These seeds ARE VERY TINY, I would open very carefully on a White or light piece of paper, away from Any draft (because they light too). These are annuals in my zone 4.

Last picture I took, I have the red and white petunia's mixed with other flowers.

Since these are Seeds of course I will ship this one free within U.S..

Below are directions off internet:

Instructions

1
Fill a seed-starter container ¾ full with sterile potting soil. Sprinkle the petunia seeds over the tops of each cell. Petunia seeds are very fine and difficult to plant one by one. Sprinkling is a much better option.

2
Mist the soil to dampen, using a spray bottle filled with water. Keep the soil moist throughout the germination process, which usually lasts 10 to 12 days. Cover the container with a plastic dome. Most seed-starter containers come with the plastic dome as part of the set.

General Note:

IF you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to send me an e-mail

I do combining shipping if need be and do ship Immediately. No waiting.

Thank you for your time and God Bless, Donna

Can these be grown in a pot or do they need to be planted outside?

These are Annuals (for my zone 4 area) and like with all seeds, I always start these in a pot and then bring them outside. I copied instructions from the internet and added them to listing. Thanks for stopping ;)

I love these colors of petunias. So to reharvest seeds, just wait for the flower bud to dry out, closeup and the teenie seeds should be inside?

So do I...I will be putting up my Dark purple (called Hurrah) and pansies and violas soon. That is exactly what you do...but you have to watch them close or else the seeds will bust out and fall over and stick to edges of green...when that happens it is very difficult to gather them. Good Luck ;)
