yeah i have seen that before where some one lists free shipping and then says that its only free shipping if you bid a certain amount but i do not do that, if it is listed as free shipping then it is free shipping no matter what the description says.

hi i always make contact but a can not say i always make first contact because some times the buyer will beat me to it. everyone is different but for me on most of my auctions if there is a shipping fee my listing will say to go ahead and message a paypal email but this is free shipping so all the winner has to do with free shipping is to make any selections that go with the auction such as color options and to confirm the shipping address. i hope this clears things up for you
