Yes I do combine shipping, If you win two or more items!
I looked at the earrings I think it would be pretty easy to change them over, there is a ring at the top where you could fasten the wire to change it over, it shouldn't be very hard.to do. thanks spirit3

The earrings are almost 1 1/2 inches long!
Separate shipping for the two items would be $5.50 but if you won
