If you have a computer montior you can hook it up to the laptop so the display goes to that to see if it is the display on the laptop or if there was a crash in the system.

no visible cracks its your video card going out on it. its possible to hook it to an external monitor and you would know for sure. if it shows the same lines. if not then you ribbon cable may be loose

1. is there a vga hookup?
2. whats the hdd size?
3. how much ram does it have?

Any answers to what you know would be greatly appreaited. It's the difference between a 5,000 token item and a 18,000 token item.
