This is a 1992 Wild Card Collegiate Basketball #WC5 WILD CARD SURPRISE with a 50 stripe designation.

This would have been a pretty rare pull from the Wild Card product and would have been good to redeem for 50 full sets of "Surprise #1" (which, I believe, was a cello-wrapped draft picks set --- you could have gotten 50 sets by sending this card in 1992). It was quite a gimmick and a big reason why Wild Card base cards aren't worth much --- but the stripe cards are still very collectible.
