No they are brand new i also have top of the line lusa maria lugu from italy with heart backseams called love line in nero (black) which i have not listed yet and the tights she is wearing are the actual ones shes a model if they are worn even once then they not new if u want more styles tell me what ur looking for thanks glen and karen
