Only the Dress it cut out, Pinafore and bib are uncut. Yes, all the pieces are there.

They want to know when and what time it will be mailed and what type of package. You seem a lot more familiar because I usually pass right over a seller who charges shipping. My zip is 05468 Milton Vermont. Thanks

First Class to your zip is $3.82. Yes. I really know the postal system, I am a retired publisher, and I don't dare try to send anything improperly or they are right there to stop or charge me.

It is over 1/4" thick, so it has to be sent as a parcel. You can go to USPS.com put in your zip and mine (74107) to get the rate for 2oz.
