Picture frame that gives a 3D effect. The 3D effect is best under light and with a photo with scenery/background. Silver-colored plastic. Approximately 4.5” wide and 4.5” tall. At the bottom of the frame, it says: “20 Habitat for Humanity Greater Los Angeles / Celebrating 20 Years of Building Hope, Lives & Communities”. Comes with everything shown: frame, base, mounting poles, and instruction manual.New, never used. The writing of “Celebrating…Communities” has flaked in some places. The triangular base has black scuff marks at its point and directly across from the point (see photo 2).
