This skirt is made by Maggie Barnes. It is not lined. The material is 65% polyester, 35% rayon..woven material, not stretch. It has a full elastic waist. Very nice quality. The tag says size 5X. Perfect summer weight skirt. This skirt is a bit longer in the back so that when you are wearing it--it will hang evenly.
