This would be perfect for the Apartment or small office. I had this same exact one 2 years ago and it worked great in my apartment, but when I bought my 3 bedroom home - I found that the signal was flaky. Reason being - the more walls and square footage decreases the signal strength the further you take your computer away from the unit. This unit can cover a range of 1000' square feet.

No - my dear - this NOT A GIG A BIT router. Since you already said in your post - Just Got a New Modem and My Brother told Me to get a Gigabit - then why are you still here on this site - Unless you are still taking your own charge and getting your own beliefs back. > I really wish that it was.
