This is an adorable little dress I bought for my dog, however she out grew it before she ever wore it.

It is made out of Jean Material with a stylish ruffle skirt, and has a hot pink sequin heart sewn on the front pocket.

how small is this small? Sizes vary so by brand. Is it, in your opinion, 4 pound chihuahua small? Typically she wears an XS but some stuff I have gotten off here was too little in that size. So just your best guess?

I bought it for my Maltese who was supposed to be a "4 pound" dog. At least that is what I was told by the breeder. However she is 10 pounds.
I measured the skirt part which is 6" around, and then the straps are adjustable just like human overalls. I hope that helped.

yes it does help. I think I will try it and if it doesn't fit I will just relist it. The adjustable top will go a long way to help fit.
