Perfectly paired to highlight and define your eyes. Two coordinated colors in one great compact. Color, contour, define and shine. The eyes are the windows of the soul & time for some window dressing! You will get one N.Y. C. eyeshadow duo, white for highlighting and black for contouring with a double applicator. Applicator has a brush on one side and a sponge on the other. This is new and sealed by the manufacturer.

Shipping can be paid with paypal, concealed cash or unused US postage stamps. International bidders may use paypal only.

It just depends on if Listia is giving me 15 free credits for listing with free shipping or not. I list two items daily with free shipping when I can. You have to realize that items with free shipping go much higher on credits, like around 500 where the ones with shipping go for only like 16 like in your case. It's kind of a toss up. If you leave positive feedback you can bid on the free shipping ones and try to win but I block people from bidding if they've left me negative feedback after filing disputes, if they are in the wrong. If I've messed up then I don't.
