Hmm... it says that the responsibility of proof is on you and that you should put shipping confirmation on things you send out to protect you the seller. If I purchase something from you and don't choose to put a confirmation on it this does nothing to protect you the seller. You would still bear the burden of proof and in some ways this could be read as you trying to make a condition on "free shipping". If you want to protect yourself, you have to pay for the confirmation or make the buyer pay for it via flat-rate shipping.
