The listing, 37 Coins of Various Countries has ended.

This is a lot of 37 miscellaneous coins from various countries up for auction, which I got at an Estate Sale. Since I know little to nothing about collectible coins I will read what I can off the coins and post the info here In the mean time here's some info on the coins:

Some coins that I can discern the language on are from Ecuador, Mexico, France, Britain, Germany, some from China have punched hole, some not, The 1 from U.S. is the 1911 Liberty V Coin. Some I don't recognize the language and have to look them up yet. I'll update after I've found out more about them all..........

First coin I looked up tonight was the heavy and large bronze George VI 1940 British penny which has a "good" grading. I'll look up more tomorrow.....

LOL.....Just now noticed the GIN is at 50,000! It was supposed to be 5,000 as I try to keep my GINs reasonable. Can't change this far into the auction tho, that ability is shut down automatically. Oh well, may the best bidder win!

Let me ask the crowd here......do you prefer mystery coin auctions wherte you're taking your chances bidding blind? I've seen several auctions like that recently where bidding is decent. Really? I mean, next time I come across a lot of coins like this I can make it a mystery auction too, would save me a lot of work in looking them up. LOL

cbyfn67, The 1911 Nickel is a little better than poor grade I think but I'm no expert. I'll get an individual pic of it up tomorrow. Comparing it to what I see online, this one is better than a lot, it's worn but you can read everything clearly and the mouth, nose, eye and ear hole are still there, the profile isn't completely smooth. All the stars are there and the back doesn't have nuch wear.
