This is a Nikon Coolpix L5 7.2 megapixel digital camera. It is in great condition. All of my pictures show the camera is working. I also wrote my lista name on paper next to it to verify it's real. There are no scratches on the screen. It has vibration reduction and up to 5x zoom. It is capable of recording video as well. (length of video is determined on amount of room on the memory card being used) It has a 2.5 inch LCD screen. It operates on AA batteries. I looked up the prices for this camera (as I have had it for a few years now so couldn't remember how much I paid for it) and it starts around 128 dollars. So this is a very good camera! I'm looking to upgrade and don't really use this camera anymore.

I am also giving a brand new never used 1GB memory card for this camera. So all you will need to start using this camera is batteries! =)

Does it come with a usb cord to transfer pictures to computer?

no I do not have any USB cords for it. I never used the USB cord that came with it (and do not even know where it is or has gone to!) as my computer tower has the SD slots to put the memory cards in to transfer pictures. However, you can purchase a USB cord for very cheap money these days.

How many pictures can you take before having to change the batteries?

I'm not sure of the exact amount but it does take quite a few pictures before the batteries die. My fiance and I went on a 7 day cruise to Mexico and took tons of pictures everyday the whole trip and we only used one set of batteries. Of course it also depends on the type of batteries you use which also contributes to how long the batteries will last with the pictures you take. Obviously the better the batteries the longer you also have to take pictures.

So I packaged the camera already, and forgot to take out my brand new set of batteries. So whoever wins this camera won't need ANYTHING to start using it! You can turn it on and start using it right away since Im also giving the memory card. Happy Bidding and Good Luck!
