do you ever make this as a family tree pendant? with lets say four charms engraved with initials? Ive seen those on etsy and covet them :)

I dont currently have an engraver but if I possibly could find charm with already engraved initials i probably could incorporate them in. If your interested in a custom made piece we could possibly work something out.
