Abu Garcia 4600 C3 Baitcasting Fishing Reel (1965?)

To this non-fisherperson, appears to be in very good condition--looks to be in working order. Without a guarantee, seller notes it was purchased on-line for a friend, who then advised they already found one and no longer needed this one.

Feel free to ask any questions, though, and I will respond as best I can (again, I am a non-fishing person).
