I would bid high but not if you withhold the network card! Who wants a computer without wifi, when it came with wifi, your GIN is way too high for a used no name computer with XP on it, Windows doesn't even support XP and a lot of programs won't work on the outdated XP system.

Are any of the plastic hooks or hinges broken or cracked, those that hold this laptop closed when closed?
Does it ask you if you want to reset this laptop to factory settings when you power it on?
Does it have McAfee VirusScan or not?
Does it have Nero program to access CD/DVDs?
How good is the WiFi range as in a distance of feet or yards?
When you close the CD/DVD drive, does it power off or stay powered on?
Does the CD/DVD drive eject randomly?
Did you replace the memory card or WiFi card, or are they original with this laptop?
Was this laptop replaced with a better laptop or this isn't in your interest anymore?

I'm asking A LOT of questions because I'm very close to using the GIN and want to be 100% sure of it.

hi no problem i think everyone should ask a lot of question the laptop its not broke and i guess you can reset to factory but i don't see the option when i turn it on i don't know much about computers and i only see cleaner on it no Nero program on it the WiFi is good and i don't know about distance lol i just put music CD on it and play perfect, i put Dora DVD on it and they say i have to download DVD decoder cause i don't have it and when i close the CD/DVD the power its on and the CD/DVD drive eject randomly and the WiFi card that i have i got it with the computer i only got this computer on listia was for 12yrs old son but its to big for him but its to much work for him to take care off and me i don't need i have 2 iPad iPod and computer desktop so im good lol but im looking for to get one for my son like the mini ones with WiFi build in i answer what i could and far is i know im a little slow about computers anyway i hope i was able to explain a little thanks for looking and god bless you
