I'm not sure how to measure that on this shirt. If you know how I can, I will measure it for you :) I do know that it would fit a larger bust size. What also makes it nice is that the v neck itself is not extremely low so it is not super revealing.

It has already been washed and dried several times that I don't think shrinking will be too much of a problem

If it measures underarm to underarm would be 54" bust. Simply double the # for approx bust size
