Questions & Comments
Hi, Can you post a pic of the back, with it turned on and the keyboard flipped out. I think that would really help, because as of now all you have is a blank phone and we have no idea if it works or not. Thx
hey I wanted to let you know that it is against the rules to sell a product that you have on an auction. don't let anyone talk you in to it. wait till your auction is over then if it doesn't sell , you can then do what ever you want to do. PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR SCAMS!!!
Hi, Thanks for the reply. That should be enough to satisfy bidders. Thank you again for your compliance and best of luck with your auction! -The Listia Moderation Team

Hi, This should help you:
Depending on your device, your IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Indicator) or ESN (Electronic Serial Number) can be found in up to three different places.
Below the battery: If you remove the battery on most devices, you will find a sticker or placard noting the IMEI, ESN, and/or serial number (often abbreviated as S/N).
On the outside of the box: If you have the box your device came in handy, there should be a sticker with a set of numbers and bar codes somewhere on the outside of the box. You should be able to find any information you are looking for here.
Using the handset: On some devices, you may be able to look up the IMEI or ESN number directly on the handset. Of course, this process will vary depending on the manufacturer and model of your device. On a BlackBerry, for example, the ESN and PIN (Personal Identification Number) can be found by opening the ‘Options’ menu and selecting ‘Status.’
Please let us know if you find this information. Or if you are able to simply Confirm that the Account used with this phone was closed without an outstanding balance and that the phone was not reported for Insurance Claim, etc.. that would be just as helpful. Thank you again for your cooperation!

gosh, I can't find it. However, I can tell you that I had the phone and only cancelled the service because I bought an iphone. I always pay my bills!
Can you please confirm that this has a clean ESN and/or provide the ESN so that it can be verified thru Verizon before auctions ending?
a clean ESN (which stands for electronic serial number) tells us that the phone hasn't been used for illegal purposes, hasn't been stolen, hasn't been reported on a mobile phone insurance claim, and hasn't been deactivated because of non payment of services. A phone without a clean ESN cannot be activated by another person!
Thanks for your cooperation!

I am more than happy to do so-where exactly do I find this number? Thank you.
In order to have better results with your auction, please add more details regarding your item. Information such as make, model number, condition, any known issues and any other specific details particular to your item will go a long way in instilling confidence in potential bidders. This will also reduce the number of questions that your bidders will have to ask. For an even more productive auction experience (more bids, possibly higher credits received), we also recommend that you post a clear, close-up picture of your item with it powered on (showing current date clearly if it has that capability), as well as with it powered off. A picture of the back side too will help you, all with the same background. Also, it’s HIGHLY recommended that you write your Listia username on a piece of paper and have it next to your item when you take a picture of it. It adds bidder confidence that you in fact have this item in your possession.
While this isn't a requirement, this is requested so that sellers get higher bids from more bidders, and for the protection of our users who might be interested in bidding on your item. It'll also prevent your auction from getting flagged by users. We don't want your auction to get deleted for seeming like it's not real. Thanks for your cooperation and good luck with your auction!

How large is screen how old is this model and does it take a similar card as ill want to have it unlocked to use with my prepaid carrier. Thank you and welcome to listia!!
beachgirlhmb, to get verified you need to click on the icons and follow the directions. the more you can verifi the more people will trust you. there are so many scams lately that you want to show you are a true seller and will stand behind what you are auctioning. also the more badges you earn the better. trust is the main thing.
yes, it comes with a charger! follow this link for full details: http://reviews.cnet.com/smartphones/lg-ally-verizon-wireless/4505-6452_7-34093840.html
