This auction is for a left handed card weaving loom, and 3 books to get you started, and cards (not pictured). There is no shuttle with this set. Cardweaving can be done with or without a loom. So don't let the fact that the loom is left handed daunt you, you can always pass it along. The full color book has complete instructions on non loom weaving and many patterns to try. there are also instructions on creating your own weave patterns. The older spiral bound book, has some instruction for non loom weaving and is chock full of pattern instructions. It is in black and white and was printed in the 70's. The third book is for double faced weaving. and has 50 patterns as well as graph paper that you can copy to make your own patterns. there are directions in it for this type of weaving. It allows for much diversity in you weaving, you can add words, designs, all kinds of stuff.

This is a mini left handed loom. It will weave about 6 feet. It is good for doing pattern that are 4 turns forward and 4 turns back. (you will understand when you see the books). Anything more complicated should be done off loom as the twist gets too tight. This is a great way to learn multiple shed weaving.

I unfortunately have to charge shipping for this item as it is bulky and wont fit in a standard box. I ship on Tuesdays, FYI.
