This is the introduction disk that came with my hoopnotica hula hoop. I ordered their full length how-to hooping dvd at the same time so I do not need this disk. I watched it once and it teaches you how to properly hula hoop and has a mini warm up exercise. If you have an adult hoop than this is a great little dvd to learn the basics to hooping. In fact, I couldn't hoop until I watched this! Also great for older kids who want to learn hooping correctly.

Hooping is fun exercise that anyone can enjoy! I lost a good few pounds when I first started hooping so I highly recommend you give it a try!
