The listing, Forever 21 Dress Top has ended.

This is another brand new, bought it, washed it, never wore it once top I got from Forever 21. It is size S with a v-neck and is a little shorter than knee length with a tie in the front. It is grey with dark grey polka dots. Looks great with leggings.

As of now, I am only to accept shipping/handling through cash or money orders.

Its all grey with dark grey polka dots. I think it will fit you fine because I was actually a larger size medium when I bought it. I think it is either made bigger than a normal size small or it just fits well in a few different sizes
