Size Small- runs small, so woould not fit someone who is on the more MED/small size, would fir XS or small person.

I have had it about a year and a half- got it from a friend, neither of us have ever worn it b/c it did not fit:-( Its SOOO cute!!! The ties that are shown in the first pic are the back of dress.
Fits inches above the knee -depending of how tall you are- im only 4'11 and it would be maybe 2 inches above my knee
