Very good condition. Still works. This is a Windows Mobile phone using Windows Mobile 6.5. This is a 3 year old phone, but the battery still seems to hold a good charge (played around with the phone on wi-fi for past 24 hours and it still has more than half charge left (mind you that it did not have cellular service connection, but I did not turn off cellular connection) ... Pros- easy to use, works internationally, probably most reliable smart phone I owned .... Cons - while you can still find apps for this phone it is not very well supported compared to newer phones, uses mini usb port and not a micro port as most phones do now days, I can't find headphones for this and the headphones plug in with the mini usb port. I did include the headphone adapter though to allow plugging in standard head phones and I verified that works. Device is free and clear to activate to any account ESN number is A1000007991285
