First Welcome to Listia. Second, need to let everyone know that this is a prepaid Net10 phone, has a sim card which will need to have a new one in order for it to work for them. I know this because I use Net10 and I have won other phones to try them, but have always had to get a new sim. It's free just need to order it. And Net10 had Monthly programs. Or you could give them the website to go look at and get information about the phone. www.net10.com they really need to make sure that the phone will work in their area also. Since it's new is it still unlocked so you don't have to buy another sim card.does it still have minutes on it then you wouldn't have to replace sim card.f&w
