If you get 'ripped' you bring a case against the seller and they have 5 days to dispute. If they don't dispute you get your credits back. Listia is very good with this process and very fair. I have been 'ripped' before with established Listians and have taken a chance on 1st timers. It's all a matter of trust and how you feel about taking a chance. Like I said, Listia takes care of their sellers and buyers and are very fair about their decisions. Thanks

Of course if the seller delivered the same day auction completed, it would go along way in instilling trust and when other see immediate feedback her other auctions will go alot higher, and its a win/ win.. 1-4 days is not reasonable for something that can be delivered within minutes.. think about it.. you say its real.. delivering instantly will prove that! watching...
