1.You can use any eyeshadow you have as an eyeliner! i use bright blues and dark purples... instead of going out and buying colored eyeliners, try wetting a small pencil brush and dipping it in water. then wipe off excess water and dip the brush into the eyeshadow and line your eye with it. its long-lasting and very pigmented.
