This Looks like a Sportweight yarn (strands on lighter side)...is it sportweight or Regular 3 or 4 ply??

Yes it probably is a sportweight. We got it from someone and it never had the packaging on it, so I am not sure. But it is light weight and not 3 or 4 ply.
