yes they will work in a bathing suit they are new i just had my surgery and dont need them i had another pair that i wore all the time swimming and everything but i finally got my surgery and didnt need these I bought the other pair and pd 50 bucks for them and then i found these at walmart for 20 but they are the same as the 50 dollar pair happy bidding
