The color is "Shimmering Plum".
It is an eyeshadow, though it is so creamy, it can be used as an Eye liner as well. I use all my Tarte Amazonian Clay Cream Shadows as eyeliners.

-1 Tarte Dual Ended Eye Shadow/Eye Liner Brush.
This brush goes perfectly with the shadow included! Use one side to apply it as an eyeshadow and use the other side to apply it as an eyeliner.

((USE GIN & get the Tarte Eyeshadow & Brush, as well as a Brand New & Full Size: Tarte Pure Optic LipGloss. It is a Red color with Hot Pink Undertones))
-if you do not use GIN, you only get the shadow and the brush and you do not get the lipgloss
