yes you can i have auctioned many digital copys and there are lots of people on Listia who auction digital copys.This is brand new never been used the disc and codes are both new.

Legally you have to sell the Blu-Ray/DVD together with the Digital Copy or you violate the license agreement on which you purchased the Blu-Ray/DVD and Digital Copy. Oh, I flag those too. Read your terms of us/conditions. It is there in black in white.

why dont you get a life and worry about your self and your own auctions.If you dont want to bid then get lost.What are you going to do get on everyday and hunt down everyone who auctions digital copys wich is ALOT of people you must have no life if thats what you do for fun.Dont ruin it for everyone else on this site that likes to have fun and trade items im pretty sure it says no resale and this is not selling it is giving it away for FREE.Get lost and get off Listia if you cant leave people alone and just want to ruin it for everyone else.
