I have to take the time to type out, correct, read over and send your email to you I obviously can't get back the time that I spent to do all of that so it wouldn't be fair for you to get your credits back especially after you get the email.

No machine is needed this is instructions for DIY BY HAND but you could use a machine if you wanted to.

What you will get is an email with instructions on how to do personalized embroidery by hand.

Ok..
You can use any font, or any size, for the personalization. You can use any color that you want as long as you can find the color in embroidery thread.

you can use clip art type pictures..

you can use monogram type letters..

this will work on anything that you can put a needle through..
