cross has 16 small diamonds set in it.
yes they are real diamonds ,I just had my jeweler check them for me on Friday.
chain is 16 inches long and cross measures right under a inch by 1/4 inch across
this is a dainty piece of Jewelery and very pretty,
I tried to get a pic of the stamp but my phone dosen't zoom when taking a pic ,sorry about that.

it has been in my jewelery for a while and I don't do dainty...lol.. just dosen't look right on me ,that's my opinion.
