This is for 2 paper bills of
The Japanese Government Money.
One is for ONE CENT and the other Is for 5 cents.
These were in my fathers things, so I am not sure of time period . There are no dates on the money. My father saved alot of things from World War 2. They could be from then.

Yes but from what I know it was issued in ww2. I do not know if they still use it.
