these are cotten and 3% spandex and i don,t know the waste size or inseam it does not say. these are capri,s not pants.

i have no idea it don,t say but i am 5,7 and they fit length wize just way to big around the waste and i wear size misses 16

97% cotton and 3% spandex they probulley fit someone 250 to maybe 300lb. i just know there way to big around the waste for me.
