It can take up to 2 weeks to receive your package from Canada, I cannot help that. Blame the postal system. Please don't file a dispute with Listia, they really can't do anything. be patient and communicate.

My items are shipped form Canada, a smoke free home, but i do have a cat and will do everything possible to make sure there is no hair on any items I send to you.
