these are different so if you are not a gamer these are not fpr you. the cord is short on one side and long on the other. i do not play video games but i assume it plugs into controller. hey are sony and are in mint condition .

I think these are for hands free cell phone usage.But, you can use them as headphones.

yes but the cord is only 20in. to one ear and yes the other side is longer.
