thought that's what you meant, just needed to make sure. When I took it to the jewlers she said it was STAINLESS STEEL WITH A SILVER OVERLAY. The stones are Zirconia...it's just good costume jewlery I was told.

Well I'll be. My roommate has a loop and just looked in the ring... I was wrong Violet Lyra 2019...more importantly, the jewler was mistaken. So glad you asked. there is a mark that says S925!!! I don't have a loop. Who knew I'd luck up with a roommate with a loop.

It looks to be marked as “S925”, which means it is Sterling 925. I’m not sure why a jeweler would tell you it is “stainless steel” with a clear marking. If it were “silver plated”, it would have either a “P” or an “EP” after the “S925”. (P=Plated, EP= Electro Plated). It is very pretty!
