This is a great vintage souvenir item. It's a little bell with the Capital on one side and the White House on the other. It is all metal and looks to be bronze plated but I am not sure. No ceramic. No plastic.

It has a nice antique look and a beautiful finish.

4 inches tall.

The last photo makes it look like it has a hole in it, but it does not. It's the welding mark.

sounds suspicious. free US shipping should mean FREE US shipping. Some say free in US and pay outside US; that is allowed.

i know its says free shiping in the us but then in the discription it says 2 dollars for the us and 3 for out of state!
