you can download movies on this device and watch them any where comes with the charger, we never bought the cord that goes to it to actully download anything on it, and now the kids have out grown it and moved on to "cooler things"

no upay for shipping it just comes with the charger thats all it came with when i bought it u can buy the cord to hook it up at walmart im pretty sure u would have too look it up online
