The listing, iPhone 3 16 gig PARTS ONLY free shipping has ended.

Parts only as is auction. I won this off listia knowing it was nonworking. I took it to repair shop and was told to repair phone it would cost more than value of phone. He said sim card holder was missing and that front screen on the inside was missing a small tab that looks like tape that is needed for the touch screen to work. The outside looks to be in great shape and usb cord was tested an even though there is a small section of red tape on cord its working just fine. I know nothing about cell phones so if you need any additional info i would suggest going online and doing research since it was not working when i got it.. If your iphone 3 case its looking beat up and tired, this phone at least has a nice back for you.!!

If the repairman was right its a 3g. He had the hardest accent I've ever heard ...it was so hard to understand him...LOL..when I got it off listia it was described as a 3g also.

Model number on back of phone (A1241) indicates iPhone 3G, not 3GS.
